Kitchen + Mini Dry Bar Design, Colour Consultation, Styling for Market
This project was completed late in 2022 to prepare the home for sale in early 2023. Utilising some of the home the homeowners existing pieces of furniture and colour, we enhanced the functionality of the living spaces.
One of three townhomes in a row of three, the exterior need to remain in keeping with the existing aesthetic, a gentle refresh of exposed timber and painting was all that was required.
Working very closely with the homeowner, we re-designed the kitchen and existing TV nook to modernise, lighten and brighten a very unique Townhome in Clayfield. We opted for a fresh bright white interior colour palette to offset the existing tiles and timber throughout, softened by the pale grey of the kitchen cabinetry, new island and new mini dry bar in what was previously the TV nook.
