Melinda’s experience in both design and community services gives her a unique perspective in creating spaces that are not only visually striking but also highly functional and adaptable to user needs.

Stefanie has 6 years' experience in both commercial and residential interior design. During this time, she has focused on developing her documentation and cabinetry design skills. As an artist and a creative she crafts documentation of the highest standard and is meticulous when detailing and communicating MTID's design intent.
Having previously spent 10 years working in fast moving consumer goods, Stefanie is known for her ability to think on her feet, is an excellent problem solver and has a keen eye for detail.
With a commitment to excellence and a passion for creating timeless interiors, Stefanie works consistently and collaboratively with our team and trades to deliver high quality unique designs tailored to each project.

With over 40 years of experience in customer service and project management, Kate has worked across various industries, including not-for-profits and NGOs.
Throughout her career, Kate has prioritised building strong relationships and effective communication, which she believes are key to success. Her diverse background and adaptable skills help her thrive in different environments, always focusing on delivering great results and fostering positive relationships.
In 2015, Kate decided to switch things up and retrained in interior design. This new path has provided Kate the perfect platform to use her organisational and project management skills in a fresh and exciting way. Liaising with suppliers and clients Kate works to ensure MTID projects run smoothly, deliveries arrive on time, and everyone stays connected and on the same page.
